3.1 SMS Communications

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and use of RightNow. Minimally, notifications are sent: order, driver, pickup, and dropoff confirmation, providing user with delivery visibility throughout the process.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

3.2 SMS Consent

Where required, RightNow will obtain appropriate user consent before sending promotional or other consent-based SMS communications.

Providing SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from RightNow.

Users may withdraw SMS consent at any time.

3.3 How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages by replying:

to a RightNow SMS message.

After receiving an opt-out request, we will process the request and stop sending applicable SMS messages, except where messages are necessary for legally permitted or essential service-related communications.
